General Booking Policy:
1. If you give us a firm date on our contact form and the date is not taken, then we will hold it for 5 days once we verbally confirm to await a contract and deposit.
2. A 50% deposit is due before your date is firm with us. We cannot be responsible for delays of the mail, however we will deal with such interruptions on a case-by-case basis. Since dates will go quickly, we must give priority to the first person who secures a date with a deposit.
3. Under the terms of the contract we provide, under most circumstances the deposit is considered non-refundable. Application of the deposit and our terms are explained completely in the contract and will govern the handling of deposits.
